SALAD DIRECTIONS

In a large salad bowl combine, shredded red cabbage, grated carrot, toasted peanuts, hydrated egg noodles and top with strips of smoked chicken or smoked salmon.

DRESSING INGREDIENTS

1 cup of Earthbound Apple-Cider Honeygar

1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce

1 teaspoon garlic

1 teaspoon ginger

1/2 a fresh chilli or to taste

1 handful of chopped coriander 

1 kaffir lime leaf finely chopped or the zest of 1 lime.

DRESSING DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a jar, shake well and drizzle over Thai salad.
